NOTE: NOTE: The workshop will be accredited by the Italian National Register of Expert in Honey Sensory; this activity will enable members to hold their membership status for year 2025; Members of the Register will have priority in participation (up to 15 people)

9- 12.30 Honey sensory training workshop

A sensory journey through Scandinavia with 3 honeys from each country, presented by Katrine Klinken (Denmark), Viktoria Bassani (Sweden) and Cecilie Stensrud (Norway). Moreover, we will discuss the use of honey in Scandinavian cuisine with some food samples to enjoy along with the discussions.

Katrine Klinken will be guiding us through the Danish food traditions as well as contemporary food scene. This will take place through a guided walk and an extensive lunch.
16,30-18
Sensory Evaluation of a selection of heather honey - various Erica species as well as Calluna Vulgaris - from different part of the world, such as Italy, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Scotland, Ireland and South Africa.

Registration will be confirmed upon payment of the deposit or balance.
The balance must be paid by August 31st.
Event will be confirmed as soon as the minimum number of students is reached.
If, on May31 the latest, the event won’t reach the minimum number of students, payments will be reimbursed.
