With a background in economics, management, wine marketing, and professional beekeeping, she has developed a deep expertise in honey sensory analysis.

After 15 years of working with wine evaluation, she transitioned to beekeeping, focusing on producing high-quality artisan honey and exploring honey varieties worldwide.

As the CEO of Bidrottningen Honey Service, Viktoria leads workshops, seminars, and training on honey quality and sensory analysis.

She has judged prestigious competitions like the World Beekeeping Awards and contributes as an expert in EU honey quality discussions.

Her clients include key beekeeping and food organizations across Scandinavia and beyond.
